I had the same issue--after trying everything else (checking for updates, removing the Channel, resetting my Roku, unplugging and replugging in the Roku, removing my CD card and repeating, etc.). The only thing that worked for me was the following: On the initial Apple Channel page you are asked to select [Sign In or Start Free Trial] or [Sign in Later]. I picked [Sign in Later] and then used the menu item within the Apple Channel App to log in. Once I clicked on Log in, I used the QRC Code and my Apple phone to log in. Hope that helps.
