Unable to discontinue HUL account on Roku and Get It through HULU

I try subscribing to hulu but it keeps saying I have an account.  I am trying to get hulu so I can get the $2.99 Disney+ .  You can't get the Disney promo through a third party.

Have you checked your Roku subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions ?
