We're sorry to hear about your screen stop loading and freezing, this is not what we aim for. We'd like to know how we can help. Have you tried to remove the channel and restarting your Roku device before adding the channel again?
If the issue still persists, can you provide us with the following information:
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times).
- Can you please send us a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing so that we can investigate it further?
