TCM pixelating on Roku/Sling - making recordings worthless

This problem started a few months ago. Recording TCM content using their DVR capability shows repeated pixelation rendering the recordings not watchable. It happens sporadically throughlout the movie. Recording other content--not  TCM--does not show any pixelation. Any thoughts?

TCM does not provide recording capability.  Neither does Roku.  Some of the services you can view on a Roku do provide recording capability on their own servers.

You mention Sling.  Is that the service you are using to watch TCM and to make and play back these recordings?  They would be the ones you need to be talking to.
