Connected via a Roku stick. I can connect to the main menu and sub channel selections but when I select a particular program, it doesn't matter under what service, Apple, Hulu etc., the static image of the particular program offering is visible but when I click on any of them the stream for the program flashes for half a second then goes to a light magenta screen the audio plays in the background as though the program is streaming but no visuals. It doesn't matter what service source I have selected, it does on all available streaming services. I have not had this problem before.
The first thing to try is a "System restart" found under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power. If that doesn't work, try unplugging the stick from the TV for a few seconds and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, unplug the power from the TV for a few seconds and plug it back in. Don't simply turn off the TV as that doesn't really do anything.

Your service is horrible and so is the call center people don’t speak English and try to tell me is my TV well I went and bought a brand new TV and the same thing is happening. It does not matter what app you are watching if u are watching an app for an extensive period of time and change to a different app I have video and sound until I choose a show and click on it then I have sound but no picture. It is BS having to reset my system or unplug the device and TV that never happened to my fire stick and I am thinking that I should have stuck with what works the fire stick I am most likely will take this back get my money back and keep the fire stick since there is no support and only BS answer for your divorce problem
