  • Any update on this? My Roku TV makes me sign into Spectrum app every other day. No other apps do that. I have Spectrum app on my Samsung tv and it does not reset my profile like ROKU does.

I just installed my Roku stick11/24/22 and everything was working fine. I tried to switch to spectrum yesterday morning 12/05/22 and it started buffering and switched to the message something went wrong rip-999. I reinstalled the spectrum app and it still wouldn’t open back up. Any suggestions?

  • Same issue, tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, same issue.  3 new 65" rokus.  No issue on older rokus, 5 years at home, just these 3 new.
