Over the past month or so, when fast forwarding past commercials in Library content on YTTV, my Roku cannot return to the program. I get the SPIN and the screen goes black. If I back out of YTTV and watch something else, Roku still can't find its "bookmark" to resume play when I go back to YTTV.
This happens on various channels and the only way I can watch the rest of the show or game, is to go to a different television, smartphone or laptop and t hen I can "Resume Viewing". So, this suggests that the issue may be with my Roku Ultra. A further indication of this is that I don't experience the problem on other Roku devices.
I have cleared the cache, restarted, checked for updates, cycled power and more but once the "bookmark" is lost I can't even get back to the content.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
