Showtime app allows cable subscription but not when I select Featured Now

I have a Showtime subscription with Spectrum cable and it asked for provider, got my code and works fine. But the new Featured Now ads don’t .

How come?

Many channels on Roku are maintained by the channel provider themselves. Since the error only occurs on the Showtime channel, that's an indication that there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them. We indeed recommend contacting Showtime Support to report the issue and get help.
