See Roku channel list online

Is it possible to see the list of channels I have on my four Roku devices while I am online and logged into my Roku account? I can see that channels I've added show as such in the channel store. But I am away from my devices and would just like to see the list of installed channels.

No. But if you do search for specific apps on the Channel Store Website, the ones tied to your account will be indicated.

Keep in mind that if you have an old Roku device that doesn't support a more complex or resource intensive app (such as Amazon Prime Video) it may not appear on a particular device, but still show as installed if it's installed on a supported device.
