If you are experiencing the same issue posted above about losing all of our OTA Live TV channels, we'd be more than willing to include your device in the investigation. This could be a software issue, and the team is currently reviewing it.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
- Zip code and a photo of your Live TV channel guide.
Furthermore, on various occasions throughout the year, such as Valentine's Day or Halloween, Roku releases seasonal themes that only appear for a short period of time, e.g., 3 days. Your Roku device will automatically display a seasonal theme and automatically switch back after it expires.
No worries! You may disable this under Settings > Themes > Seasonal themes > Off.
