Roku subscription problem

I just subscribed to now that’s tv and it only let me watch one episode when I try to watch another episode it takes me to the screen where I need to rebuy…and it didn’t even do it fully bc I can’t even watch it thru my phone if I wanted

We're sorry to hear about the experience that it may have caused you. Could you tell us more about the issue you're running into? Are you subscribed to the channel through Roku Pay or to the channel provider directly? Are you trying to access the channel through Standalone or The Roku Channel? In addition, what are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing?
