Is this Canadian channel the one you are referring to? Lots of people have been complaining about it in the last few days.
The Roku channel app for GlobalTV was created using Roku's Direct Publisher software. Something has changed recntly in Roku's Direct Publisher system, as many Direct Publisher apps are reporting similar problems in loading content.
Roku has announced it is discontinuing the Direct Publisher system and developers have been given until January 2024 to convert to a new system. Meanwhile, something has changed recently in Roku's existing Direct Publisher system, as many Direct Publisher apps are reporting similar problems in loading content.
BOTTOM LINE:
There's nothing you can do at your end to fix or get around this. Roku has to fix whatever problem they've introduced to the Direct Publisher system, or GlobalTV needs to convert to the new system.
