Roku directs my supplier to Spectrum. I have never had an account with them and have no idea where this informatio got into my profile or settings.
The Roku doesn't have any such setting. Are you referring to a specific channel/app? What model Roku do you have? Exactly what is happening? Need some additional information to assist you here.
