Thing is my Paramount + showtime has local channles. I was watching my local news channel. Then just today it switch to Memphis. Which is 200 miles away. No info has been changed and my Roku account and Paramount account have correct address on them. But all my other streaming devices show my local. Only this Express model doesn't but it did 2 days ago.

Have you tried restarting the app by performing the steps below?

1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.
