Roku Ultra stopped working despite no connection issues or power issues.

Internet access is fine. All power connections are working. Have used Ultra for 5+ years. This evening it just stopped working. The remote is working. The TV turns on. Roku is on but there is nothing on the screen. I've done the "reboot" of the Roku Ultra player, the modem, and the router. Seems very strange that it would just cease. WiFi is working for 3 devices. The Roku access is wired. Any thoughts?

I tried to use the Roku support by clicking on the product that I use but it was "Loading" for an hour so I gave up.

Do you have another TV you can try it on?  Have you tried a different HDMI cable and/or a different HDMI input on the TV?  Do you have another device you can connect to the TV to verify the HDMI input is working?  Does the light on the Ultra flash when you press a button (like Home) on the remote?
