Roku Ultra - Onkyo TX-RZ740 Loss of HDMI Synch

This just happened to me after a move.  I have an Onkyo TX-NR555, probably seven years old.  We moved, I took the equipment myself to protect it.  TV gets "No Signal" from ROKU once it's set up. (When I reset the Roku, I can go through the set up just fine, it fails after establishing a wifi connection).

Re: Roku Ultra - Onkyo TX-RZ740 Loss of HDMI Synch

A warm welcome here in the Roku Community, @bmguy.

We'd be more than happy to find you the best resolution possible so you can continue enjoying your Roku player.

As we checked, there are multiple Roku players linked to your account. Could you please clarify which specific player your Onkyo TX-NR555 is connected to? Furthermore, mentioning it fails after establishing a Wi-Fi connection, may we know which internet service provider you're trying to connect to? Have you tried to connect it to a mobile hotspot to see if it will connect? Also, are you somehow using a VPN?

The best course of action will be suggested once we have a better understanding of the situation. We'll be anticipating your response!

Best regards,
Carly
