Roku Hallmark Channel Viewing

The transmission from the Roku Hallmark Channel is very pixilated.  This has been going on for 4 - 5 days. Watching this channel is not an option.

Has this channel been dropped by ROKU?

Thank you for posting here in the Roku community! 

I'd like to know if you have already removed the Roku Channel. Here are some steps below:

  1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
  2. Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove
  3. Press Star  on your remote to open the Options menu
  4. Select Remove channel and confirm when prompted

Also, after you remove it, restart your device and add the Roku Channel again.

  1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart
