I have a Roku Express box. Yesterday its stopped displaying thumbnails for any content. Ive rebooted the box, soft reset the box, still the same. All other apps OK.
Also content from the store plays fine through the box.
Anyone any ideas or should I just uninstall the app and reinstall. I cannot see how to do an cache clear for individual apps.

If the issue persists, we would recommend reaching out to the channel team directly for further assistance. Most of the channels on Roku are managed directly by the channel provider themselves. Roku only holds the channel on the platform.

Didn't work. Still no tiles or thumbnails.
Mine is exactly the same.
Tired removing it and reinstalling the channel numerous times to no avail.
Clearly some glitch with it.
Very annoying.
Tried mine again yesterday. Seemed to be more thumbnails but then they all disappeared. Likely an app problem I think.
