I have a number of Roku sticks, none will launch programs through my TV provider, which is Rogers. Used to be able to launch CNN, TSN, etc.
I've unplugged TVs and Sticks, un-installed and reinstalled the Apps, all with the same result.
I am able to connect through my Provider, sign in but when the Apps launch, TSN is locked and CNN's message is that the "Video is currently unavailable, try again later!"
I've purchased a number of sticks and this is very unacceptable....................
