On the Roku Channel app, when I click on "play" for any selection, it immediately shows "loading" then flickers back to the selection screen but never starts playing at all. All other streaming channels work we are only experiencing this issue when using the RUKO channel.
We have tried all trouble shooting recommendations from the thread this includes…. Uninstalling the channel, restarting the ruko device and reinstalling channel… deactivating and reactivating account and linked the new account the device…. After all trouble shooting we also restarted the device and still no a vail the ruko channel still does not work
