I have an older Roku stick. When I try to open the Acorn channel, it turns off the Roku and TV. There is no error message. The screen just goes black. When I go to the main menu and press the * button for the Acorn icon, "Remove Channel" is not an option. This is not a problem on my other two Roku devices.
