You need to subscribe to Reelz (either through cable package, or a cable-alternative package like YoutubeTV (add-on package), Sling TV, Philo, DirectTV Stream, etc that carries Reelz) in order to get the actual Live broadcast of On Patrol:Live.
Otherwise, Reelz offers to OTT streaming services, like Roku Channel and others, access to the Reelz library which contains previously aired/encore (re-runs) of On-Patrol Live.
Complete info re: On Patrol on Reelz is here. https://www.reelz.com/get-reelz/ (Look under the "Premium Streaming" and "Free Streaming Channels" to understand the above.)

Streaming can be a little confusing, especially with the terms. (ie "live programming"). Really need to research, or ask here in the Community, if you have any questions.
