Programming keeps dropping and screen returns to Home

For 4 days while watching a program the show exits itself and returns me to the home screen. I can get back to the show, but only for a brief time and then it happens again. I am not experiencing this on Netflix or Hulu, but am having the issue on                            Roku Paramount+.  Any ideas how to fix this issue!

    We understand that you're having a problem with the Paramount+ channel. We're happy to help. Please follow these steps:

    • Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
    • Restart your Roku device: Press home on your Roku remote, select settings, select system, and system restart.
    • Re-install the channel: Scroll down to search, put the name of the channel or app, highlight the channel, and select add channel.

    If the problem still persists, please keep us posted on what you find out!

      Both our tvs were connected to Roku and kept dropping Hulu.  Hulu techies had me remove channel, reset router and tvs and add channel back.  Still same issue.  Swapped out the Roku for Firestick and it works fine.  What is up with that?

      Did  and still happens.  Removed Roku from both tvs and replaced with firestick and both tvs are working properly.  Apparently, it is a Roku issue not tv or channels.  I think it started with the last Roku update since it was not happening previously (it could possibly be when tv or Hulu updated).

  • the Roku Paramount + Channel does not work.

    I've restarted my Roku and its updated. Strange New Worlds will not play on the Roku Paramount + channel.
