Pricing, I pay $14.99 a month but a show I want to watch brings up in a different payment plan and e

Hi I pay $14.99 a month for the Roku channel but when I want to go in and watch a show like NCIS Los Angeles after make another have to pay for another channel so what am I paying $14.99 for? When I go and try to bring up NCIS Los Angeles it shows me essential plan for $4.99 and premium plan for $9.99, what is the $14.99 that I'm paying monthly for?

What do your subscriptions show at https://my.roku.com ?  As far as I know, there's no subscription called "The Roku Channel".  There's several premium subscriptions within The Roku Channel, but the subscription should have the name of the premium service in the name.
