Pluto TV on Roku Not Free

Why is Pluto TV on Roku being advertised as "free" when it isn't? Every time I've tried accessing something on Pluto TV on my Roku TV, it wants me to set up an account and charge me $5.99 per month. I don't call that free?

I've only just added it, but I can't find anything that it asks me to pay for.  Can you give an example?

Peacock isn't the same as Pluto. Neither is Paramount. You sure you're getting that from Pluto?

Not sure why you are having this problem.  I recently installed Pluto and it’s free on my Roku.
