Ad for Paramount+ pops-up while watching a show on the ROKU channel, it
asks to press a button in order to load the Paramount+ channel or another
button if I do not wish to load. When choosing "NOT" to load, it freezes
the ROKU channel. The show in progress is not saved and one has to restart
the show from the beginning.

Hi Kash,
The problem occurred when I was watching a movie on the ROKU channel. I believe that what happened was that ROKU ran a few ads and one was for the adding of the Paramount+ application.
The Ad gave me two options, one to add the application and one to continue watching the movie that I was looking at. I selected the option to "continue watching" as I have no need in adding Paramount+. The TV screen froze and I could not get back to the location that I had been at before. I had to turn off/turn on the ROKU Express unit and then had to Fast forward to the location that I had been previously viewing in the movie.
The issue happened same day that I posted the event. I am unable to provide an image since the issue was on my TV.
