No closed captions after season 11 episode 11 of Bluebloods

BlueBloods had closed captions up to season 11 episode 11. Paramount+ thinks I should give them a credit card to talk to an expert to solve their problem. If an answer doesn’t come up quickly I will just cancel paramount +

Be wary of anyone asking for credit card or payment for support.  Make sure you are actually talking with Paramount+ and not a potential scammer.
