To be fair, there was no way for them to do that, because several people were already signed up. What they should have done was offer partial refunds to those of us who've chosen to cancel because we don't like the new format, seeing as it's not what we paid for. They should be sued over that, actually.
The problems -- among others that I've heard -- are that certain replays are harder to find now, and the replays fast-forward and rewind much too quickly on some platforms.
The people behind this app are pretty inconsiderate, and I'm glad to be done with them.
