We're sorry to hear about the broadcast issue you experienced. Have you tried to check the connection of your TV antenna with the TV or Roku device? If that checks out, do a restart of your Roku device from Settings > System > System Restart.
If you're still having the issue, it's best to contact the channel provider's support directly to further inquire and address the issue.
