- Do you have a Roku Branded TV or a Roku TV? A Roku Branded TV is a TV that is manufactured by Roku (Roku TV Select and Roku TV Plus) while a Roku TV is a TV that is manufactured by a Roku Partner (TCL, Sharp, etc).
- Is this the first time you set up/activated this Roku TV? If NOT, is this the first time you have experienced this issue?
- Is your Roku TV, currently connected to your network?
- What do you see on your screen when you’re trying to play content? Any error message?
