Sometimes, an app can have corrupted data which may cause the behavior you are experiencing. Of course, this may not be the cause. To rule it out, remove/reinstall the app this way:
- Remove the app
- Reboot the Roku
- Reinstall the app
All three steps, in that order. Again, if this is not the cause, these steps likely won't resolve it, but if it is, this may get things working as they should.
