On my Roku express app, when I try to watch an MLB game on the MLB channel, the game keeps disappearing and it returns to the home Roku screen. System restarting and factory resetting the device doesn’t help. No, I do not have this problem on other channels. Please contact the developer of the channel please
When problems are confined to a particular channel, it may be that the channel did not install correctly, has received a faulty update, or has subsequently gotten corrupted. A reinstall of the channel to assure you have a good copy of its latest version may fix the problem, so that is the first thing I would try. Remove/reinstall procedure:

Notes:
If the problem persists at this point, it typically means the current version of the channel app has a problem that must be addressed by the channel itself as they are the ones that create the Roku-compatible version of their app and provide it to Roku.
I have a TCL Tv w Roku built in. It is at my house in Riverside county ÇA.
I have a 55” LG here in LA, with a older Roku box (not a stick)
i have watched MLB with NO PROBLEMS for 4 years in Riverside and more here in LA on these two setups.
And this “drop-out at random, resets to Roku Home Screen” no sense JUST STARTED about a month ago….ON BOTH MACHINES!
So this is obviously a ROKU problem. And Roku needs to fix it.
this happens on NO OTHER CHANNEL.
AND Fk! I missed the 10th inning on the Cin at Det game. Well, at least my team won.
Maybe it’s time to switch to Chromecast.
Thank you Kzoom, but the people at MLB have told me that the current Roku device I have is not compatible. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. But I’ll live with it. Maybe I’ll upgrade sometime, but for now I’m good.
