I did your instructions, and I have the same issue on every device. Issue ID is 1L-010-434. I have updated everything and it literally happens almost daily. Please don't make me switch from Roku. This is getting insane.
There are no updates, i’ve tried Roku’s recommendations and every roku device i have in my house, which is many, are getting logged out the day after logging into Max. this is ridiculous and has been going on for a few months. every single one of my non roku devices do not have this issue with Max like Roku does. please fix this. is it ruining the roku experience and we are thinking about getting rid of these devices if this is not resolved. you guys have had more than enough time.
