@FrustratedMan, we haven't figured out where the issue lies.  It would help to know exactly how it used to work.  Did the cable channels show up in the Live TV guide?  Did you use a different remote to switch cable channels?  It's not clear how the cable box fits in.  The last time I had a cable box connected to a TV's antenna input, I'd switch the TV to channel 3 (or 4), leave it there, and then use the cable remote to change channels.  It's different if there's no cable box involved and the TV just scans for channels.

It might help to know the manufacturer and model number of the cable box.
