@Aad123, check the email address that's displayed on your device under Settings->System->About. Is it yours? If so, use that email address to log in at https://my.roku.com and check the list of devices that are linked to your account. Are there any that you don't recognize? Did you ever give away, sell, or return a Roku device?
Apps added/removed from a Roku device will be added/removed from all devices linked to the same Roku account.
