Jvc/Roku tv won't show my cable channels

Hi, are there any updates on this thread, still can't get my Roku streaming channels, live tv will work only with over the air channels, but no streaming. already did all the resets on network and back to factory but still the same, thanks in advance for any help with this.

We understand and appreciate you for flagging this issue. Could you tell us when you started seeing the issue occur? Have you also tried checking an update on your device from Settings>>System>>System update>>Check now, to see if there's an update available?

Hola Rey, thank you for responding so quickly

I bought a new JVC TV a couple of days ago, i went through the setup process, it updated, got my air channels but no streaming channels, read here to do factory reset and network reset with no success, i can use HDMI ports, and Disney channel and Netflix app, but still no Roku streaming channels.

I went ahead and checked for update like you recommended but none available.

Update to this..:

I tried to connect on my mobile app to Roku channels and on my pc to no avail, could this be a firewall problem?

It seems like you have exhausted everything here. We'll take it from here, and we'll flag the appropriate Roku team about this. 

However, we need more details. Please share with us the details below.

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
  • Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
