All Roku Ultra models are capable of displaying 4K.
In April 2023 Directv announced that Directv Stream will start carrying some 4K programming "later in the year" with no date given. Whether the Roku version of the Directv Stream app can handle 4K is up to Directv. My supposition is that it will require an update of this app from Directv.
