Inquiry for process to register my channel to public channel store

Hi,

I am a freelancer programmer.

I'd like to development custom roku tv channel and register to channel store, to allow people to download my channel.

 

I search online this roku web site for a long time, but I cannot find the process how to post my channel to store!

 

Please help me to find way!
