I just subscribed to "Best Value" plan for Paramount+ with Showtime subscription for $11.99/month.
I just subscribed to "Best Value" plan for Paramount+ with Showtime subscription for $11.99/month. When I try to access the Showtime channels, they all show as "locked" with the icon symbol on all of them. When I click on any of the Showtime channels, I get redirected to signup again and already shows my current plan with Showtime. This is ridiculous! I paid for the plan and cannot access any Showtime shows as promised. The support feature for Roku doesn't even work and you can speak to any agents via phone or text. This is poor customer service. I cannot resolve issue. Everyone needs to be refunded for invalid subscription. Please rectify this problem or issue a refund for my subscription.

Regarding this matter, it will be effective for you to contact our Account-Billing team directly, as they are the best ones who can further assist you.
You can visit our Account-Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. There should be an option to talk to one of our live representatives.
