My internet went out for a few hours last night. This has happened before and I thought it would be fine once it resumed. It came back on, but I now have another problem. I can't see ANY of my channels on the home page. I can't see anything under Live TV, Featured Free, What to Watch, Sports, Save List, The Buzz, nor Streaming Store. The only way I can access my channels is to go to Search page and type in the channel. This is getting annoying REAL quick. Any ideas? I searched the community and not found a problem like this.
Have you restarted your Roku device? Either unplug the power for a few seconds or perform a "System restart" under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate).

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! Your solution WORED!! I had turned the TV on and off various times, but it didn't fix the problem. However your solution worked BRILLIANTLY!! I don't know why it worked, and I DON'T CARE! Now, why didn't anyone at customer service tell me to try that?!
