When trying to sign into my Paramount + account for the 1st time, it is telling me my email and password are invalid. When I go to my.roku.com and sign in with the same exact email and password, it works. When I go to paramounts website and use my email to set up the account it says I already have an account. So I clicked on forgot password to set up a new password and even after I did that it is still telling me my password is incorrect. What am I doing wrong and how do I correct this?
There are a couple of ways to subscribe to Paramount Plus. One is directly to Paramount Plus. The other is through Roku. And, this is important, those are not the same thing.
If you subscribed via Roku, you'll see it listed when you go to the Manage your subscriptions page. If you see it there, then you have a subscription via Roku, and you can only use it on Roku devices that are tied to your Roku account. And, those Roku devices show on your main Roku account page, listed at the bottom.
If it's not there, then your subscription is directly through Paramount Plus, and you should be able to use your credentials, both on the Paramount Plus Web page and in the Roku app. If it says there is an account already created, then attempt a password reset to that email address.

The only thing I can add to @DBDukes' reply is that some of the channels you subscribe to THROUGH ROKU can only be accessed through The Roku Channel. I don't know if Paramount+ is one of them.
