How do you get reimbursed for a cancelled channel?

I purchased a channel named Classic Honey West. As soon as I paid for it and treed to gain access, the message came up that it was discontinued. How do I get reimbursed for something I was never able to use? It was only 99¢, but that’s not the point. What if this happens to something more expensive? There must be a solution!

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.
Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
