Most services like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Tubi, etc. work fine. It looks like most Roku functions on the stick. After searching the web it looked like I had to remove the nonworking app so I removed the Live TV app. Now I find out there is a problem at Roku. Why doesn't Roku communicate things like outages through the app/device instead of users having to search for problems. Now I don't know how to re-install the Live TV app even after Roku fixes the problem on their end. If I can reinstall then I still have to go through customizing my Live TV layout.

Kindly navigate to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > Home screen > Live TV > Show. You may also customize your home screen by hiding or showing the tiles you want to see on your Home screen.

Re: How do I re-install the Live TV App
In settings, my TV shows that I’m using the live TV app but when I go to the home screen, it does not show it. I have scanned the channels and I can watch them after I scan once I leave that screen I cannot watch antenna channels unless I go to the scan process again Live TV has disappeared from my home screen literally but it shows it is a used app

We appreciate you informing us about having troubles with streaming OTA Live TV channels on your Roku. No worries! We'd be happy to suggest some workarounds you may try.
Kindly try to navigate to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > TV Input > Antenna TV > Rename it to your preference so you can access it immediately > Set up.
We need to make sure that you've opened the Antenna TV icon on your Home screen, not the Live TV app. Let's see if this will make any difference.
