I'm in Australia and I can't search for channels and the Daily Wire app doesn't appear for me. Neither does KlowdTV. I am able to see the Daily Wire app only via the links provided and the "add channel" button is disabled.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Currently, Roku players are not officially marketed or sold in that country, but your Roku player should work fine in any country. Although some channels and content may work there, others will have geo-restrictions that prevent them from working, but you can count on Netflix and YouTube working just about anywhere.
