Home Screen Channels starting at the bottom of the screen

How can I get them Home Screen back to normal. Why are the channels starting at the bottom half of the screen?

First thing I would try would be a restart of the Roku TV.

Turning the set off and on will just put it into and out of its standby state.  For a complete restart use menu path Settings > System > Power > System restart.
