Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry to hear about this. We definitely want to assist you and put you back to streaming. As a start, have you tried connecting your Roku TV to an alternative network, such as your hotspot to see if you notice any difference? In addition, you can try to restart your router/modem, then check if you're still kicked back to the home screen.
