I was watching videos on Hidive up to 3.25 hours ago. Any other app videos play. For example when I select Helck watch S1 E14 it flashes and back to video selection. I tried other shows with the same results,- but only in the Hidive app. Any suggestions or issue else where.

i reset network on roku
checked for updates
system restart
unpluged router, and later tv
still no change.
