Have to repeatedly activate NBC News and History Channel apps

I have trouble with two channels (NBC News and History Channel) every time I navigate to them I have to Activate again with my TV provider. This is very irritating, it does not happen with any other apps that I know of.

When I email to the "Feedback" address given on the app screen to get help it comes back as an invalid address (roku.support@nbcnews.com)

I have checked my Roku settings, TV provider info is saved there and the Roku device is up to date. Can anything be done to fix this problem? Thanks for any help!

Re: Have to repeatedly activate NBC News and History Channel apps

this has been an ongoing problem for many of us. NBC news keeps insisting that it's our fault that we need to reboot our Wi-Fi and our Roku etc. The problem lies not with either of those things. It is directly NBC news. I say that because every single one of my other apps plays just fine. it takes me three or four tries to even get into NBC news these days and changing to different short videos takes at least two presses and the down arrow and often returns to the top instead of staying on the line I am viewing which is usually MSNBC news today, I have added and removed the channel 3 times before I can actually get it working again. I can watch it for a bit of time but then the next time I try it it reverts to all the dysfunction.

I strongly suspect that NBC news has not kept up with the Roku Ultra 2022 upgrades. It aggravates me that they feel duty-bound to blame this on the users.
