Happy Kids installing Itself repeatedly?

I have two Roku's and a TCL Roku TV. All three have had "HAPPY KIDS" self-install on my homepage!?!? I have removed it repeatedly and it literally pops back up as I'm watching!!!

Re: Happy Kids installing Itself repeatedly?

Seems like an issue with the Happy Kids servers.  Or maybe it could only be certain Roku devices with this issue.  I can’t check my Roku 3910 right now because I’m out of town as of this posting.  Therefore, I’m going to have to tag @Hector-Roku so that he can help you more in this situation.

What are the model names/numbers of your two Roku stand-alone devices by the way? (unless this doesn’t matter to you)

I’m into videotapes and old electronics stuff, including extenders, converters and analog 4:3 TV sets (which are obsolete these days), and Miss Bianca is my favorite character in Disney’s The Rescuers (1977) and its sequel, The Rescuers Down Under (1990). Re: Happy Kids installing Itself repeatedly?

One is an older Ultra (maybe 2 or 3), and a fairly new Express...

Re: Happy Kids installing Itself repeatedly?

@bobandshawn, keep in mind that channels are tied to the Roku account, not each device, so if someone is adding it to any device linked to your Roku account it's going to show up on every device.

There are also advertised channels on some of Roku's screensavers and pressing Play (or OK?) on the remote while the screensaver is active will install that channel.  I've never heard of Happy Kids, so I don't know if it's one of those advertised channels.

Finally, check the linked devices that are displayed on your account at https://my.roku.com to see if there are any you don't recognize.  If you ever had a Roku device in the past that you gave away or sold it may still be linked to your account.
