I’ve already tried to reset my TV, I have reinstalled the app several times. Anytime I try to go to select a channel or even try to login and select a letter. It jumps over 2 to 3 spaces to the left or right whichever direction I’m going in we’re stuck using our phones to watch Hulu and the PlayStation. I’m wondering if anyone is having the same issue? And is this gonna get fixed because this has been going on for months now
@Bmarie, it seems like a lot of people are having similar remote issues, but restarting their Roku device usually fixes it. Have you tried using the Roku app on a phone/tablet as a remote?

How did you go about resetting your TV?
If this is a Roku TV with Settings > System > Power > Fast TV Start enabled, this just puts it into and out of a standby state and does NOT give you a complete restart.
You'll find the "System restart" option under Settings > System > Power.
Same thing happening, I go through Hulu for live tv, this is unusable. Considering switching streaming devices.
